I was expecting a free ball marker clip with my order, but it was missing when the package showed up. I contacted them, and their response was pretty much just a shrug, with no attempt to send me one. This really put a damper on the whole experience, sadly.

I placed an order in November, and I’m still waiting on that package. I requested a refund and only got half of what I expected.

I got myself a holder for golf balls that looks like a putting green, and it turned out exactly how I hoped. The wood is solid, and the build quality is top-notch.

I got a custom hickory putter with some engraving done. The team was super quick to respond to my inquiries and really understood my tight schedule (totally my fault, not theirs). The turnaround was way quicker than I thought it would be. And let me tell you, the quality of this product blew me away—usually when you order something personalized online, it ends up being a cheap imitation of what you wanted. But not here—no way! The materials are top-notch, the engraving is fantastic, and it even comes with a leatherette cover that fits the club perfectly. I'm really impressed. My husband is gonna love his birthday gift, and I can't wait to hand it over. I absolutely recommend this place.

Just right for my needs. There's ample room to fit a few extra things like a golf pencil, ball marker, and so on. The quality is decent overall, though the cost feels a tad steep for what you receive. Still, if this is the style you're after, it's the top choice I've come across. The packaging was excellent, and it showed up in perfect condition.

This item is exactly what I needed, sturdy and super simple to put together. It costs a bit too much, but I went ahead and purchased it, so I suppose that's on me.

I felt a bit let down by the items included in the basket when it showed up. For the amount I spent, it just felt a tad pricey. Plus, I had asked for it to be delivered on a specific day or at least close to it, maybe a day or two off. Instead, it showed up about a week later. I was beginning to wonder if I’d ever get it. On the bright side, the person who received the basket was happy, and I suppose that’s what counts in the end.

Shipping was super fast - came before the expected date. The item was just what I wanted. I'd definitely buy from you again.

I got myself a Black Box ball marker set, and I gotta say, the product is top-notch. It would’ve been nice to have a sneak peek of my order before I hit that final button, just to make sure I picked the right one (initials style). Also, I couldn’t track my order with the tracking number I received, and I’d appreciate a heads-up when the product actually arrives.
